Pharmalot… Pharmalittle… The Weekend Nears
4 CommentsBy Ed Silverman // June 10th, 2011 // 7:02 am
And so another working week will soon draw to a close. This is, of course, our signal to dream about weekend doings. Our modest agenda includes spending time with Mrs. Pharmalot and the short people, catching up on our own version of R&D - a never-ending quest - and maybe taking a nap. And you? Perhaps there will be time for a walk in the park? A moment with someone special? Or seize the moment and make plans to enter the Republican presidential primary? Whatever you do, have a great time. See you soon…

Why don’t you list, as part of full disclosure that P Rost is part of your editorial advisors? Not doing so makes you as much of a huckster as him.

Dear John,
I don’t have an editorial advisory board. For better or worse, I make my own decisions here.
And speaking of disclosure, perhaps you may want to provide your name and occupation, as well as your reasons for making claims that are inaccurate.

Based on my experiences of the late 1960’s Vietnam doesn’t need to import any pharmaceuticals. They have plenty of their own.

Re: Nicotine and weight loss drugs.
Would a patent here make all other nicotine products (including cigarettes, gums, and losenges), infringe on the patent?
I ask because, awhile back, someone (I think it was Patrons99) mentioned a vitimin that was not allowed OTC as a suppliment after a drug was made using the chemical make-up of some natural substance. I don’t believe it was this one - but to the point:
