Here are some of the latest changes. Recognize anyone?

This time around, we note that Arno Therapeutics hired Alexander Zukiwski as chief medical officer. Most recently, he was executive vp for clinical research and chief medical officer at MedImmune, where he was responsible for developing and implementing clinical research, medical affairs and safety strategies. Before that, he worked at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, Centocor and Ortho Biotech, including as therapeutic area head for oncology.
Eli Lilly added Fionnuala Walsh to its executive committee;
FDA chief counsel Ralph Tyler is leaving the agency;
NeoStem hired Joe Talamo as vp, corporate controller and chief accounting officer;
BIO named H. Thomas Watkins as chairman;
Celerion hired Raymond Farmen as vp of global bioanalytical services;
Pulmatrix promoted Robert Clarke to chief scientific officer and vp of R&D;
Daiichi Sankyo hired Danesha Dixon Smith as human resources vp;
Novavax hired Tim Hahn as sr vp of manufacturing;
Council of State Bioscience Association named Christopher Rivera as chairman;
Cubist Pharmaceuticals hired Charles Laranjeira as sr vp technical operations;
Roche hired James Cassidy as head of translational medicine – oncology;
PharmacoFore named Joseph Stauffer as chief medical officer;
Soligenix added Jerome Zeldis and Keith Brownlie to its board;
PPD hired Edward Ian as vp of clinical development for the Asia Pacific region;
Receptos hired Sheila Gujrathi as chief medical officer;
Frazier Healthcare added Tachi Yamada as a senior executive in residence;
Idenix Pharmaceuticals hired Daniella Beckman as cfo;
JHP Pharmaceuticals promoted Stuart Hinchen to succeed Peter Jenkins as ceo;
BioCryst Pharmaceuticals added Ken Lee to its board;
INC Research hired Chris Smyth as sr vp, clinical development;
Biomedical Research Alliance of New York added Robert Van Nostrand to its board;
AbelsonTaylor promoted Kristin Casper and Stephanie Ingalls to account executive;
PharmaNet Development added Joel Posener as exece medical director of its neuroscience biz;
Curaxis Pharmaceuticals replaced its board and mgmt team; Tim Wright is interim ceo;
Catalent Pharma Solutions hired Barry Littlejohns as president of medication delivery solutions;
Qforma hired Hector Garcia as director of quality assurance, Jim Girard as senior analyst and programmer, and Anthony Giancola as senior programming engineer.
